Job description
Needing a Site Scrape done on our building site and a gravel access laid Andrews St in Ashburton 677sqm between 100mm and 200mm deep Will need to provide insurance details and provide safety plan. Will also need to supply dump dockets when completed. Soil Investigation Note No asbestos was detected in any samples tested · It is anticipated that the site will require topsoil stripping across the site for civil design requirements. · As a result of surface soil contamination in ES04, it seems likely that if more than 25m3 isdisturbed or more than 5m3 is to be removed from the site, the activity will be considered a controlled activity in accordance to NES-CS 9(1). Any soils requiring disposal can be classified as clean fill. The proposed plans indicate that approximately 340m3 may have to be disturbed for the construction of the dwelling. · The heavy metal concentrations are within acceptance criteria for disposal as clean fill, and thus will have no special requirements for disposal. Formal soil disposal acceptance should be sought by the landfill operators (Tarbotton Landfill, Ashburton) prior to disposal.
