Install motion sensor and 2 downlights into the soffits one at eastern side of the house one on the south side install another motion sensor to an existing down light at the front door, replace a downlight switch with a dimmer switch in the loving area and install two single power points, one in the soffit for a tivo outdoor heater to be hung high on the brick cladding and another in the garage high on the wall for another tivo heater. I may also need to install an outdoor power point if it works the way I hope. FYI My house is also fitted with solar and power to the property.
