I have a late 1940's brick bungalow - 100sqm - 2 brm that needs rewiring. The power meter is inside and needs to be relocated outside (there is a suitable location near where the main power line enters the front of the house under the eaves). Some of the wiring has been replaced as I have added or changed electrical outlets in the 19 years I have lived here but there is still a portion of original black coated (rubber?) wiring that needs replacing. There is good headroom (able to stand up) in the roof cavity as roof has quite a steep pitch. There are also 3 power outlets inside that are 'in the middle of the wall' ie a meter above the floor height that I would ideally like to drop down to skirting level, and a number of new outlets that I would like installed (including a new oven connection)
