Quote on light fittings (install or repair)

Pictures 1, 2 & 6: rumpus room ceiling light keeps blowing bulbs - suspect that fitting is too old. Bayonet bulbs currently. We have bought dimmable LEDs to replace the two downlights. Would like quote on installation (would need to get and install a dimmer switch too). Current switch also operates fluorescents, so would need to retain that functionality. Ceiling is textured, possible asbestos. Pictures 3-5: Lounge and dining pendants currently only have one bulb each as every time we add more, they blow within an hour or so. Have tried different bulbs. Have bought new fittings (picture 4), but would like quote for alternative solution, as well as quote for install. Lounge and dining have no ceiling.
