New build four bedroom house

I require my new build house to be wired up, including mains connection, switch board, full fit out to a completed and signed off state. Includes: - heated tiles. - hallway floor lights on sensors. - internal and external LED downlights. - up/down external lights on sensors. - a number of feature lights. - LED strip lights. I require this to be done on a labour on bases. I'm able to house the individual for short periods of him while they do each stage of the fit.
