Install heated towel rails plus remove heat pump.

Needing in about 2 weeks. 2 heated towel rails installing. Both below light switches. One single swith will néed to be replaced with double. The other currently runs (3 Switch ) 2 lights and a fan. Needs replacing with 4 switch. One shaving point to be ungraded. We also have an old heat pump which we want disconnect so we can remove.
