Replace power socket in bathroom with trip protection, secure oven.

The power socket in the bathroom is cracked and the rest function does not work. To replace the socket and provide a receipt for the building report. Additionally the oven was found unsecured, if possible to have a look and secure this to the adjacent cabinets.
