Bathroom Heater and Towel Rail Install

We’d like to install a towel rail and fan heater in one bathroom and a further small fan heater in another. We already have sourced the appliances with the help of an electrician in the family. Photos show location appliances will go, and power sockets have been circled. Stars indicate location of power sockets in room next door. We’d like the heaters to have their toggles removed and be added to current switches (if that makes sense!) Registered electricians preferred.
