1) Fix faulty zone in switchboard 2) convert extract fan to fixed wired install

1) Our switchboard is zoned for different parts of our home (built approx 2010). One zone (covering upstairs lights and kitchen appliances) is faulty in that the lights flicker, the microwave makes funny noises , and a sound can be heard in the switchboard in sync with the flickering lights. (I've turned off that zone until it's fixed.) 2) To convert the power connection to an extractor fan (built into the wall) to a fixed/wired into supply - currently has a lead plugged into a standard outlet socket
