Electrical socket fault fixing

Hi there, I'm looking to have someone help me fix two minor 240V faults for my electrical sockets which are no longer working correctly. I have unexpectedly lost power from two circuits with one showing a voltage reading of 7 Vac instead of the expected 240 Vac .
