Electrical Safety Inspection

I am sorting out an old consent from the WCC for a house that is set to sell in early Jan, delayed only by this consent finalisation. They have asked for us to 'please arrange an electrician to inspection the electrics to confirm safety.' and with the additional detail 'Electrical work carried out in relation to the consented work, so within the basement area as well as any connection to the switch board etc.' The electrics in question are lights and powerpoints in one room, and their connection to the switch board. I need this done ASAP so I can get the WCC process concluded before Xmas, so if you could come this week that would be ideal. I would prefer someone who has done similar reports for the WCC before, so you are familiar with what they are looking for.
