Kitchen Fan Installation

Need a fan above a stove. Probably will need to go through wall or out the roof as there is no ceiling cavity. Hopefully looking for a solution that looks ok but main thing is don't want wind coming through. Needs to meet healthy homes standard. Thinking to install a fan like this. --- Can buy the fan too.
