Install new outdoor powerpoint

I would like to install a new outdoor power plug on one corner of the house. There is already an existing outdoor power plug on the opposite corner of the wall used for Infinity gas hot water, if that makes any difference. The intention is to use this plug to slow charge an Electric Vehicle or power a plug in lawnmower etc.
