Looking to get two jobs done #1: We've got two downlights that aren't working / have dodgy wiring (occasionally flash on). They're 12v bulbs - there's an adaptor in their ceiling. #2: We've got what we think is an unused power junction box near a sink in a bathroom. Wanting to get a power point there if it's a straight forward job
