Sparky needed to install pendant/rod lights

I need to have two pendant / rod lights fitted in the hallway. The existing lights and wiring are modern but the fitting to hold the weight of the existing lights has not been done in the best way (previous owner DIY). This should be a fairly straightforward job, remove existing pendant lights, install new hook and rod light. Brooklyn, Wellington.
