Security Light not working even after changing bulb

Above the front door there is a motion sensor Security Light manufactured by PDL. Upon turning on the switch, it used to flicker for a second before turning off itself. Changed the bulb which did not help. Now it does not even flicker. It is a very old unit. It is ok to replace the entire unit with a new security light from any brand, if fixing the old unit is going to cost more. Quote is needed for this main work. Along with that, there are a couple of other small works which you can quote during onsite visit if interested (Door bell not working, One of the power point does not work, ripple relay installation if feasible, snapped electrical wire fix)
