Job description
Currently have a 1978ish hot water cylinder (low pressure, balanced, no header tank). Running out of hot water fast and constantly dripping on the roof. Time to replace with a modern one.

Gavin told us he is a specialist in this sort of job but the installation of the hot water cylinder was faulty and did not comply with the building code. It leaked in 3 places and the floor was damaged as a result leading to a costly and time consuming repair process, as well as the job eventually needing to be redone by another company
