We need to install an outgoing fan in our bathroom which is at level 2 in our house. (It would be ideal if can rebuild/repaint the bathroom ceiling the same time. If not, that's totally fine.) We also have a broken switch in the kitchen needs to be fixed. P.S. we've done a test for asbestos for our bathroom ceiling, and the result is NO.
