We need a few electrical jobs - remove hardwired house alarm - it appears to be hardwired into a plug, need it removed as the alarm is not functional and sends off error alerts. - install new light fixtures (3 lights, with existing lights in current locations) - replace plugin in garage which has come loose and looks old.
