Switchboard clicks on and off when washing machine or dryer used

Have had the issue looked at once but was unresolved. Have an issue with the power board in our home turning on and off (clicking) when the washer or dryer draws power. Only otherwise clicks when bathroom light turned on. The last person who looked at this said that this was due to small amounts of power being drawn, so the board clicked on and off with the washing machine. To fix this he said he needed a relay that would recognise lower voltage, but this part couldn’t be found. Hoping there is another way to address this as this problem only started occurring recently. Before, we did not have this issue when running either the washer or dryer. The green light in the photo turns on and off along with the clicking noise when washer or dryer run.
