Repair or replace LED downlight

One of the LED downlights in our kitchen has started flashing, it needs to be either repaired or replaced. If replaced, it needs to match the existing LED downlights in both colour (of the light) and appearance. They have an external measurement of 105mm and an internal measurement of 65mm.
