Job description

General Electrical
Wellington

We have four Phillips Hue Aphelion Downlights we would like installed in two bedrooms, also removing the current bayonet style fixtures. There is attic access above both rooms. (photos of the lights and the bedrooms below). We'd like to replace a fluorescent light fixture mounted inside a bathroom vanity cabinet with a new LED Vanity light. (Photo of the new LED light and the current fixture below) We'd like to replace 12 old style light switches though out the house with modern switches. (11 single switches and 1 double switch), all on gib walls. We'd like to replace 9 old style single power points with dual power points, all on gib walls. We would like to install an outdoor weatherproof power point (at a spot opposite an internal power point adjacent to our living room on our deck). Exterior is timber weatherboard. In addition to the power points listed above, we would like to replace a dual power point mounted on a concrete wall with a quad power point. (photo below - this is in a laundry and normally has a washer, dryer, and freezer connected to it). Lastly (but most importantly)-we have an issue in which a fuse breaker connected to our ground floor and garage keeps tripping when we get heavy rain. I suspect we are getting an earth fault caused by water, and have a pretty good idea where the water is coming in, but obviously need a professional to investigate it. We will supply the four Phillips Hue lights and the LED vanity light, please supply the other materials as required. We'd love to get all the work done ASAP, but resolving the earth fault issue is our highest priority.
