Fix light fittings and add power points

I put an LED tube (small) into a light fitting in the lounge and within 2 days it blew - and I mean blew - black smoke and all. I have since removed the tube but every time I turn on the light switch the light fitting makes a bang and blows the fuse box. I also need another power switch put in on the other side of the wall where one already is. After the work is completed I'd also like a quote to replace all the lighting in the apartment as I am looking to repaint and at the same time probably up date the light fittings. Many thanks Helen
