Begonia Flats is a 12 unit residential building at 371 Tinakori Rd. There are a number of security lights around the building (and in the garages etc) which are supposed to come on at night. Some are not working - they may only need bulbs replacing. In any event, I'd like an electrician to check them all and make sure everything is working ok.
