House Electrical Repairs

I need someone to make a few electrical repairs for my rental property. 1. The power point by the washing machine has stopped providing power 2. I need a LED ceiling light installed. I have a replacement of the exact same model so just plug it in. One of the LED ceiling lights needs swapping around to match 3k vs 5k. This is a 5 min job that I would do myself but I am not there. 3. Replace a ceiling pendant light with a basic pendant E27 light fitting 4. Supply and place a fire alarm in the garage. I would like the Arma 10 Year Wireless Smoke Alarm to connect to the existing set. 5. While doing the above jobs I would like a quote to install a basic polished 4 bar heated towel in the main bathroom, this needs to be fixed to a tiled wall.
