Repair/replace safety sensor light and using LED

Fast communications and payment body corporate job. The light sensor is hanging off the wall here, and the light no longer comes on. Suspect it could just be a bulb issue - but its probably about time this whole setup was improved, either by making the existing thing more robust - and changing it to something a bit better, e.g. a LED light that is not quite as blinding and adds more safety to climbing those steps at night.
