Kitchen Renovation #2

We are renovating our kitchen and would like new electrical fittings and to put in down lights and a pendant in the ceiling. We would also like to change the light fittings in our lounge/dining room for modern light shades and pendants. Not sure if it's best to get an electrician here prior to gib removal or after. We will be starting to remove the wall gib over the weekend. It would be great to get a quote this week if possible. Thanks, Amy.
