Electricy to new sleepout

Hi, Will soon finish ext cladding 10m2 sleepout that is roughly 15-20m up steep slope behind house. Would like a light and a couple of power points (2 slots each). Intended as office or sleepout/bedroom so would need to be able to power a computer, lamps, TV etc. Think I will install simple wall heater. Also wonder about running network cable for internet. Looking for rough costing. Many thanks.
