Fan install and led lighting

I need a fan (aeratron) installed to the underside of an exposed truss in my open plan living space. Have all parts. The cable is already wired (some years ago). I also want some LED lighting strips running along the 3 exposed trusses. These are also already wired. Want someone with good knowledge of LED options available to me. Also want a bathroom heated towel rail removed. Possibly two lights fitted to living room ceiling (awaiting purchase of). I have a 4 metre, double width Aluminium movable scaffold which I can assemble in advance to carry out work. Need to be done before Xmas. Cheers
