small indoor and outdoor lighting job

There are three aspects to this small job: 1. Install a light and power point in a cupboard under the stairs, inside the house. There are wires in the wall already so it can probably connect to a nearby socket. 2. Fit new outside (but undercover) light at the front door. There is an existing light there, but I want to replace it with a modern one. 3. Install half a dozen small outdoor lights. We have steps leading up to the front door, and I'd like to put small lights into the timber steps, plus an up-light to highlight the numbers on the letterbox. When we did our renovations the electrician prepared the switch for this job, so it's already all wired into the fusebox. I'm not in a hurry to complete the job, but would like it done before Christmas. For the outside lights, we are likely going to need to replace the timber steps too, so I'd try and coordinate trades.
