Wiring review for insurance

My insurers would like, "confirmation that an inspection has been completed by a registered Electrical Contractor, and that a copy of their report with a summary of their findings, is to be provided to us. The electrical report should comment as follows: 1. Whether the House has been fully rewired and compliant. 2. If the House has not been fully rewired a general report on the wiring status including the following specific aspects: a) Switchboard and RCD: Age and condition b) Wiring: Type(s) of wiring present and condition, in particular comment on the presence of any VIR wiring. c) Switches and Power Points: Age and condition d) Lighting Circuits: Condition e) Main Earth."
