Install an Induction Cooktop, fix a broken plugpoint and add one more

Kia ora, Can you install a new induction cooktop? (Fisher & Paykel 30cm 2 Zone Induction Cooktop CI302DTB3) Also one of the switched on a double socket in the kitchen needs replacing + I'd like to add a new power socket in a bedroom. You could also advice on the state of the wiring in the house - it's a new purchase and there is one fuse that we trip frequently when we run multiple appliances.
