1a Anderson Tce & 246 Victoria St bathroom fans & a power point at 35 Karo Dr

This is for 3 small jobs in 3 different rental properties all in close proximity to each other. 1a Anderson Tce, Mt Cook - a bathroom fan is working but making a loud noise - sounds like maybe the blade is catching on the ducting. 246 Victoria St, Te Aro - a bathroom fan has stopped working. 35 Karo Dr, Te Aro - the tenants complained the pp was not working. It worked ok when I plugged in a hair drier but I would like it checked out anyway. I would like the job done as soon as possible please.
