Hi, Melrose area. 1. Troubleshoot ceramic cooktop - 1 ring failing (possibly replace) 2. Supply/install heated towel rail. 3. Troubleshoot bathroom fan (through wall) - replace if required. 4. Replace bathroom spotlights. 5. Replace above vanity light. Will need to liaise with tenants to arrange access. Not urgent.
