Install bathroom extractor fan

There is already an extractor fan in the bathroom, but it is an older style and the duct would need to come out from its top, where there is not enough roof space. I can provide a new extractor fan that allows the duct to come out from its side to fit the roof space. Just need an electrician to do the wiring and connect the duct to the outside.
