Extractor Fan Install in Bathroom

We'd like to get an extractor fan installed in our bathroom. A friend has suggested we should get a manrose 150mm wall mounted extractor fan from Bunnings. We would need an electrician to install it and/or offer better advise please. There are already a couple of wholes high in the wall for external ventilation and we are only guessing that one would suffice for the fan, or do we need a builder to make a new whole. There is a power point nearby.
