Reline, insulate, plaster spare room
Job description
Need to reline downstairs spare bedroom - will involve retrofitting insulation on 2 exterior walls, new ceiling, install 4 new down lights and 4 new double hot points, demolish existing in built wardrobe,replace with smaller wardrobe with bifold doors, grade 4 plaster finish to make good (owner will paint), new door handle hardware, new skirtings. Quality job required. Prefer CBANZ or RMB. Must be completed within 3 weeks of commencement.

Barnie - did solid work and was keen to get the job done and done right. Some additional costs incurred (with agreement of the client) and timeframe slipped a bit due to availability of materials and subcontractors. I would use him again for small to medium renovation projects. Good eye for detail.
