Garage Power

I'm looking to get a power connection to my garage. The garage is on the road side and the power will come from the house about 5m down the hill. The connection will be downstream of the electrical meter at the house and run in surface conduit for a few meters then go overhead for about 5m to the garage above. It will then penetrate into the garage and run to a connection point. I just need a socket outlet installed at the moment, but depending on cost I will get more.
