GARAGES & CARPORTS 1) - Single garage - to suit 1920s bungalow with additional storage area attached (i.e. additional length - 7x4m(ish) - will require a firewall down one side. Will most likely require removal of existing concrete car pad to access council sewer pipe that runs across front corner of property in order to upgrade them prior to building. We will also require a driveway approx 6m from street boundary to the garage. Would also be interested in price for a carport attached to the front of the garage. Garage would also need power & auto door. Will also need to source where our storm water pipes run through the property for council purposes. Exact specs to be discussed with builder. Thanks!
