Bathroom extractor fan no longer working, suspect it needs to be replaced. Also have a power socket that seems to be running on the same power circuit that isn’t working properly - it keeps blowing the water pump fuse when it has been running for longer than a couple of minutes. (Already had the water pump inspected and works fine off other power sockets)
