Separate Power Meter from one property into two

We have one large property with one power meter and have recently split this property into two. We now need to individualise each property's power source so there are two meters. Property no. two has had internal walls constructed and has been prewired for lights and power points. This needs to be finished to include a fuse box. We have been let down by a couple of electricians already and this job has become relatively urgent for us. We need a reliable electrician who can first quote, then do the work.
