Hi Bevin, unfortunately since we have had the valve repaired on our cylinder we have had issues with it deciding to purge itself in the middle of night. We have tried to reset it and purge it manually ourselves hoping it would stop the problem. It has happened 3 times now at 1 or 2 am each time, last night being the last time it occurred. When it happens it is a loud and violent noise and only ends when we turn off the water supply. Do you have any ideas as to why this may be happening? The new valve turn past the off and on positions, so are wondering if it may be faulty? Many thanks, Sam.
