Sparking light switch in laundry

Hi there There are 3 switches at the point - 2 remain on for outside sensor lights. The 3rd switch is if the light in the laundry. When I turn it on it sparks at the switch & also at the light bulb, and the light bulb does not turn on. I changed the light bulb but the result is the same. Help please. It is not an urgent job, but obviously needs some attention. Sorry, I have no other electrical jobs that need doing.
