Install a new freestanding stove with certificate of completion

We bought a new freestanding gas stove oven ..need a qualified electrician to do this job. This freestandind stove hob is gas, but oven is electric. Our old stove oven now is just your old ceramic elements and electric oven . Want job done either this Friday or Monday... Need a certification of completion ..for insurance purposes. Have a $50 budget ..that's including Gst and any call out cost .. So total price would be $50 only . Its probably a 20min job , to unwire the existing stove and wire the new .
