My hot water is not very hot even though I've adjusted the thermostat to the highest it will go. I am relatively new to this property, so wondering if the previous owner has something done to keep the water temp lower???

Vlad was awesome. Came in with a reasonable quote and once he found the issue, he fixed it smartly. I would definitely call on him again for any electrical work around the house.
