Complete unfinished Electrical work on rebuilt cottage

Require a quote to finish off a rewiring job left half done by previous Electrician, who took the majority of the money up front, done a couple half days and then done a runner. Thankfully he did purchase what believe is most of the materials required for the job- (fuse box cable sockets) but now require a registered Electrician who possibly can give a sympathetic quote to an already stressed elderly lady, who has had a very hard time since her tenants caught the property on fire 2 plus years ago. I have been assisting her as a friend for the last couple years and the house is rebuilt and unlined -it is only a small cottage -2 small bedrooms upstairs - kitchen /lounge and small bathroom -plus 2 downstairs rooms 1 bedroom and another small room possibly include a smaller bathroom if possible with shared wash house same room - not a large house, built in the fifty's, Probably half wiring upstairs done and can complete the rest myself with some guidance if this helps- but include if wish - But primarily (1 )need quote to get power connected for builders pole, as been using a generator for the last two years waiting for other Electrician to organize power box as agreed - The cost of gas each day has been huge strain on budget, not to mention inconvenience to work and neighbors, very frustrating to say the least) once we have power box and rest of wires are all in - (2)wire up of fuse board (3)having all works checked and signed off for Council or Power board so must be registered Electrician for any quotes - obviously would like a quote on completely finishing it all but concerned budget may not allow- so would assist were ever could in order to have this job completed and keep your time to a minimum , however will review at all quotation's- thanks
