Install bathroom extractor fan

Need to replace broken little extractor fan with a powerful unit, ducted outside (we’re not sure if the existing ducting goes out of the roof cavity, may need to update ducting if it does). We’d like to replace it with this unit (as it works great at mates’ place): --- Would ideally like to get it done before Auckland Anniversary weekend if poss.
