Repair ceiling light, oven element and light switch

I have a few electrical related issues. First is an issue with the element control for the kitchen stove. The bottom 2 elements will only turn on high no mater what heat setting you set for the dial to. Second is a light in the lounge which has stopped working, I have tried swapping out the bulb with a working bulb and it still doesn't work. The third issue is with a light switch in the bed room. The top light switch is stuck and won't move.
