Kitchen renovation electrical

1960's house undergoing kitchen renovation. Require inspection, wiring up new jack points and removing old ones, moving light switches, moving oven connection, installing down lights. I imagine this will be a 2 step approach - 1 prior to wall insulation and lining. 2 post installation hook up of everything mentioned above. Planning to have this job kick off on the week of the 26th if possible. Cheers!
