Flood lighting repair

We have an existing Flood light fitting that is currently not working. Not sure if we require a replacement fitting or lamp. We are based in Hastings but the job itself is at our Wairoa site on Carroll Street. We are wanting to engage a tradesman locally to come out and fix the lighting for us whether its lamp or fitting.
